Alteration and refurbishment of 4 bedroom Victorian property in Edinburgh to 5 bedrooms.

The existing property occupied a corner site overlooking the meadows. The corner was at an odd angle and this was not managed particularly well internally. Relocation and reorientation of an internal wall both resolved the angle issue and created a further bedroom. Other work included formation of a new bathroom from existing substantial cupboards , replacing the existing bathroom with a shower room and fitting a new kitchen with peninsula unit. Obtained building warrant and oversaw work on site.
