Farm House Conversion

Conversion of existing farm house to form separate 2 bed house.

With 2 generations of family living in the existing house, and a 3rd generation on the way, the client was looking to subdivide the property to create 2 separate houses.

By adding a new kitchen/living room with separate entrance, and forming a link corridor within the original cottage, I was able to achieve this. In addition, the design and location of the extension allowed full advantage to be taken of the tremendous views of the nearby hills.

I also obtained warrant and provided a fully detailed specification and working drawings for the client to build from.
