New house in garden ground of existing Victorian Villa for private client in Grantown on Spey.
Challenging site on 2 levels requiring clever split level solution for design and asymetric roof design. Obtained planning and building warrant consents and provided detailed specification and drawings for building. Combination of natural stone features and vertically boarded timber has worked well aesthetically.
Design also utilises a MVHR system together with low air permeability to help create a more environmentally stable and comfortable home.
