Major refurbishment and extension of existing Victorian country House Hotel.

Former Victorian Hunting Lodge. Design input comprised reorganisation of existing interior space, including provision of new stair for escape purposes and to access 2nd floor bedrooms, redesign of existing bedrooms to provide larger bedrooms incorporating luxury ensuite bathrooms, and formation of new infill extension with commercial kitchen and bedroom space over. Prepared specification and detailed drawings for Building Warrant Approval and carried out regular site inspections to ensure work in accordance with drawings and specification. Client ran job on site. Contract value in the region of £700,000

Work ongoing to existing adjacent steading including formation of separate cottage, further hotel bedrooms and managers accommodation.
