Architecture and Design consultancy based in Grantown on Spey in the Cairngorms National Park with over 25 years’ experience in architecture. We offer a full spectrum of design services for a whole range of projects, from new houses to attic conversions, house extensions, grant funded rural development contracts, small scale office and commercial developments, flatted developments, hotel refurbishments etc.
Value for money – I have minimal overheads, I am not VAT registered, and can therefore offer significantly lower fees than many competitors
Personal Service – I work directly with clients to determine exactly what they are requiring both in terms of the brief and the extent of service. There is a consistency in having one point of contact and knowing that the same person is dealing with everything
Adding Value – I have a lot of experience working to maximise development potential for both private and commercial developers
Design – I seek to provide quality designs based on the brief developed in conjunction with the client. I take a great deal of care and thought over this, as I need to be satisfied with what I am proposing. This tends to ensure the client gets a good service.
Value engineering – I don’t just design buildings, I work out how to construct them. Most clients have limited budgets, and my knowledge of detailing combined with a practical approach to design should ensure an economic well crafted solution
